Cyprus has launched its 6th round of housing grants — offering up to €60,000 for families who choose to make their permanent home in communities along the Green Line.

- Deadline: Applications open until 31 December 2027
The Housing Revitalisation Scheme for Mountain, Border and Disadvantaged Areas provides financial assistance to individuals and families acquiring a primary residence in designated border (ακριτικές) communities along the Green Line. The scheme covers new builds, purchases, or acquisition with improvements.
Who can apply?
Cypriot citizens, EU citizens with 5 + years of continuous legal residence in Cyprus, and repatriated Cypriots. Applicants must use the property as their primary home for at least 10 years and must not own another residence.
